    1. Social—Antisocial. For example, 23% of people use their phones to avoid having to engage others in conversation. This can be prevented by actually engaging the person and informing them as to the problematic behavior. The informed person should abstain from problem behaviors in the future.

1. Mitigation: Resolution—Prevention.

Whatever was the problem is resolved. The next step is to work to patch the vulnerability by working to prevent whatever was the matter from happening again.
